Let's Do Good Together

Let’s Do Good Together!

Do you have a need for funding or a community project in the works that is looking for financial help? Festival of Trees is here to support Braintree residents. We’ve also helped with individual needs and personal situations, so don’t hesitate to reach out. The Festival of Trees wants to be a resource that our Braintree community can count on year after year.

Please let us know about your proposal so we can evaluate and determine if we can help. Suggestions must have a plan in place and a determined budget in order to be considered. The best proposals are the ones that have a clear benefit to our community, so provide as many details as possible.

Together we can make things happen. Thank you, Braintree!

Relay for life

American Cancer Society/Relay for Life 2025

Festival of Trees was honored to be a small part of Relay For Life of Greater South Shore’s event this past weekend. The Relay teams had a fun time with the ornament table, and we had a great time helping out with their festivities. Can’t wait to see these ornaments on their tree in December!

House Fire in Braintree

Unfortunately, Braintree resident Neal Almeida, Jr. and his father lost everything in a house fire this past January. The Festival of Trees Committee stepped in and was able to provide him with some relief in the form of groceries and supplies. We hope this helps him understand that the residents of Braintree are supporting him during this challenging time.

2024 Braintree Holiday Lights Donation

The Festival of Lights team was able to pay for the holiday lights on Town Hall and Thayer Public Library this past winter. The lights were exactly what Braintree was missing and this is definitely something we had in mind when we first started the festival. We are hoping to make this an annual tradition because we saw how it helped bring everyone some holiday cheer.
